Our client is the owner of a magnificent 14th century estate based on the outskirts of Newbury, and is seeking to recruit a pro-active and highly resourceful Administrative Secretarial Assistant to support various business interests.

You will be providing first class secretarial support to the owner and assisting with the day to day management of the estate office. Your duties will include comprehensive diary management, travel coordination, event planning, property administration and maintenance, processing invoice payments, and project coordination. Concurrently, you will be interacting with a variety of internal and external personnel. As a result excellent written and verbal communication skills are a pre-requisite.

You will need to be personable, resilient, well organised and discreet with high professional standards, sound judgement and a strong commercial acumen. The ability to produce highly accomplished correspondence, and handle daily office activities with consummate skill and diplomacy will be vital to your success.
