Your positive mindset, commitment for delivery, and an agile and collaborative communication style will be encouraged and supported in an atmosphere of innovation and creativity.  You will be responsible for supporting and planning a range of events for our Out of Home, Grocery, and Marketing teams, coordinating office facilities and devising and delivering high impact and effective communications for internal audiences.

You will be vital in providing administrative support to the UK Commercial Leadership team, coordinating Business Rhythm calendars, annual planning, and ensuring the smooth-running of diaries. Additional responsibilities comprise of coordinating internal and external meetings, including Marketing & Sales Away Days, Brand Days, social activities and business meetings, ‘Pit Stops’, nominations and awards, including all logistics and communications, expense management, PO administration, and budgeting.

Experience and Skills

  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written, visual and virtual
  • Proficient IT skills, experience working with Microsoft Teams, and a passion for technology
  • A flexible approach to delivery, the ability to multi-task across a number of functions and stakeholders
  • Experience of dealing with various levels of internal customers, including senior business leaders, in an operational and customer-focused business
