Our client specialise in the design and manufacture of architectural signage and wayfinding strategies.
Due to growth they are looking to recruit an organised and versatile Company Administrator, to support the
Business Development team and the Company as a whole, including facilities and office management
of the building.
This is a diverse role; duties will include managing the day to day running of a busy office, providing
administrative support to the Business Development team, including maintaining the sales database,
and processing sales orders. You will manage office facilities comprising of answering incoming calls,
collating daily mail, maintaining stationery levels and general building maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a natural team player who is dedicated to providing excellent
customer service, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to
demonstrate a methodical and organised working style. Besides professional competence, we’re
looking for a friendly, communicative person who is resourceful and independent.
