We are seeking to recruit a motivated, bright, ambitious Administrator who would like to learn about export documentation/shipping and develop in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities will include entering Letters of Credit into the in-house order management system, monitoring new bookings, creating and sending custom forms, Bill of Lading instructions, and container details to the Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders within agreed timescales. Working closely with the Bookings team to track container movements prior to sailing and ensuring all associated paperwork is distributed to customers, suppliers, and third-party contractors.
We are seeking a natural team player who works in a systematic and methodical way, who focuses on customer needs and satisfaction. The ability to prioritise, implement work efficiencies and communicate effectively will be essential for success in this role. This role is ideal for an Administrator or graduate seeking a career in shipping or ocean freight.
