As a Shared Services team, our approach to HR is refreshing forward-looking, we play an active role in the client facing delivery of HR operational support and an influential and tactical advisory service to the UK based and International business functions.
Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, the HR Advisor will work as part of the Shared Service team, supporting all employee populations associated with UK based business units and functions, including UK and International activity.
You will be responsible for playing an active role in client facing delivery of HR operational support to ensure the business attracts, retains and manages its employees to achieve exceptional results. Responsibilities include the full administrative support of the employee lifecycle, learning and development, employee relations and the production of HR reports.
In addition you will establish effective working relationships with managers to promote and monitor excellent employee relations through effective communication practices and provide an end-to-end recruitment, assessment and selection process across the customer group.
Establishing effective working relationships with the HR team, line managers, employees and third parties to deliver a seamless HR service will be paramount to your success.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or part-qualified with proven transactional and first line operational HR experience, ideally skilled in recruitment and ER, training delivery and HR administration. You will need to be a natural team player who can take initiative; act with confidence, demonstrate culturally sensitively and communicates and networks effectively.
