Interim HR Generalist/HR Business Partner

Our client is a niche engineering manufacturing company based in Culham.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced interim HR Generalist for approximately 2 months with an immediate start.

This role offers a diverse and interesting workload including both day to day operational HR management and project delivery.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the Interim HR Generalist will provide practical and effective HR generalist advice to the business and support the delivery of the HR strategy.

Additionally, you will provide the Engineering Director with operational and strategic HR support to embed and develop the leadership team within the Engineering function.

You will provide advice and direction on business unit restructures, build workforce and succession plans to meet business and people objectives, and support in the delivery of the Employee Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach managers with skills and behaviours to lead their teams through a period of growth and change
  • Initiate delivery and provide input into a variety of HR operations including Learning & Development, Resourcing, Employee Relations and Reward
  • Work with the Head of HR to implement and manage HR projects and change initiatives

You’ll need to be CIPD qualified with proven operational HR experience, ideally skilled in Employee Relations and Performance Management
