Interim Senior HR Advisor


We are seeking an HR professional for a short term interim assignment, commencing in April for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. We would consider 4 days a week.

Our client is a UK-based company formed in 1989 to design and develop the technologies needed for a new class of innovative hypersonic propulsion system – the Synergetic Air-Breathing Rocket Engine (SABRE™).

Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Advisor will provide practical and effective HR generalist advice to their people and support the delivery of the HR strategy. Responsibilities will include Talent Acquisition, development of direct recruitment strategies, growth planning, budget authorisation and Employee Relations.

In addition, you will drive and support performance management processes to achieve a high-performance culture, work closely with marketing to design and execute the employer brand and lead new HR initiatives.

You’ll need to be CIPD qualified with proven operational HR experience, ideally skilled in Talent Acquisition.  The ability to develop processes and drive and implement new initiatives will be paramount to your success.
