Reporting to the Channel Business Manager, the part-time Senior Administrator will be instrumental in providing administrative support to our Out of Home team and coordinating the smooth running of our attendance at trade shows.
You’ll be responsible for responding to customer queries, ordering and managing customer product samples, raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and tracking and reporting sales and insights data, enabling the Out of Home Sales team to make informed commercial decisions using an in-house CRM system.
In addition, you will assist the Out of Home team with the coordination of trade show requests, organising the planning and logistics of attending shows including ordering products, travel arrangements and marketing materials.
The successful candidate will need a minimum of 2 years sales administration experience, ideally, gained within an FMCG company, proven analytical skills and highly proficient IT skills, in particular Excel are essential. Taking initiative, working productively and enthusiastically under time constraints, delivering solutions, and demonstrating drive and commitment will be key attributes needed for this position.
