PREM Group are leading specialists in managing hotels and serviced apartments, with properties in  Ireland, England and Northern Europe.   Premier Suites part of the PREM Group presently operates and leases over 560 serviced apartments in Birmingham, Bristol, Dublin, London, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle and Reading.

As Sales Manager of the Reading office, you will be responsible for promoting and profitably operating 41, one-and two-bedroom Premier Suites as a high quality product in a city centre location. Maintaining the standards of the Premier Suites and surpassing clients expectations will be paramount to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and revenue pipeline for 41 apartments
  • Manage cost controls and Sales and Marketing budgets
  • Develop account plans and build relationships with multiple stakeholders in corporate organisations
  • Manage enquiries and build relationships with leisure guests and third party providers
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work with tourist boards, reservations managers, commercial estate agents, and government bodies to promote the facilities, services and customer experience offered by the PREM Group
  • Manage guest satisfaction to improve and enhance services
  • Complete targeted sales calls and appointments to maximise opportunities, increase sales and revenue targets
  • Assist with marketing strategies and promotions

You will need a proven track record of success in sales management, new business development, and incremental revenue generation. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential together with the ability to liaise confidently at a senior level. Experience within the local area within the serviced accommodation, lettings or hotel industries would be a considerable advantage.
