Based at their beautiful 50 acre estate, they are looking for a self-motivated, committed and friendly individual to join the expanding Talent Engagement Resourcing team to engage and recruit outstanding professionals to provide specialist care to young people with severe autism. When you join Prior’s Court, you will be joining an inspirational and dedicated team of around 600 staff working full time, part time or as flexible workers to ensure that there is 24 hour support throughout 52 weeks of the year.
They also have a range of roles which work behind the scenes within the Prior’s Court Foundation to ensure the smooth running of the School, Young Adult Provision and the Residential areas as well as the breadth of services they offer to young people with severe autism.
In order to provide outstanding service, we need to recruit, develop and retain remarkable talent across all functions of the business. As the Talent Engagement Resourcer, you will identify and engage with potential candidates and guide and support them through the initial stages of the recruitment journey.
You will act as the first point of contact and build relationships with all applicants, ensuring applications are complete and legally compliant with our recruitment requirements. Additionally, you will assist in the pre-interview screening, testing and assessment as required.
Ideally, you will have experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds, and from within the care industry. The ability to use your initiative to overcome obstacles and build relationships with both internal and external personnel will be paramount to your success.
